The deal between you and us, in plain English. Using MyAdDaddy means you agree to what follows.
MyAdDaddy is operated by Blue Tide Exteriors LLC, 1780 E. Bert Kouns Industrial Loop, Suite 907, Shreveport, LA 71105, United States.
1. Current status of the service
MyAdDaddy has not launched yet, and no ad platform connection is live. Any price shown on our website is the price we intend to launch at, and joining the early-access list creates no contract, no charge and no obligation on either side. These terms govern the service once it is available to you.
2. Your account
You need an account to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything that happens under your account, including any campaign change made from it. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. If you sign up on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business to these terms and to authorise spending on its behalf.
3. Your ad spend is yours
This is the important clause, so it is near the top.
- You pay the ad platforms directly. MyAdDaddy never holds, bills or refunds your advertising budget. Your card is on file with Meta, Google, TikTok or whoever else, not with us.
- You choose how much the automation may do. Each kind of action carries an autonomy mode you set. Observe watches. Propose asks. Auto and auto plus act on their own inside the limits you configured.
- You set the ceilings. A daily and a monthly spend ceiling are yours to set and yours to change. The app refuses actions that would breach the daily ceiling.
- You are responsible for the spend that results, including spend from an action you approved and spend from an action taken under an autonomy mode you chose. Read a proposal before approving it, the same way you would read an invoice before paying it.
4. Acceptable use
Use MyAdDaddy to advertise a legitimate business. Do not use it to:
- Run unlawful, deceptive, harassing, hateful or infringing advertising.
- Operate ad accounts you do not own or are not authorised to manage.
- Impersonate another person or business.
- Breach the advertising policies, automation rules or terms of any connected platform.
- Advertise in a regulated category without holding whatever licence or approval that category requires.
- Resell or white-label the service without a written agreement with us.
- Attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.
We may suspend or close an account that does these things.
5. Your content and your data are yours
You keep all ownership of your business information, your uploaded files, your campaigns and your performance data. You grant us only the limited permission needed to run the service for you: to store your data, send the relevant parts to our AI provider so it can draft options, and make the campaign changes you have authorised on the accounts you connected.
You are responsible for what you publish as advertising. The app produces drafts and proposals; you decide what runs. Review anything before you approve it, particularly claims, prices, guarantees, and anything your industry regulates.
6. AI-generated content and proposals
Campaign copy is produced by an AI model using the context you provide. AI output can be wrong, awkward, or unsuitable. It can produce similar phrasing for different customers. We do not warrant that generated content is accurate, original, or compliant with the rules of your industry or the policies of any ad platform.
Optimization proposals carry a stated reasoning and a projected impact. A projection is an estimate, not a promise. The confidence figure shown beside a proposal is the system's own estimate and is not a guarantee of anything.
You are the editor and the approver. Check it before it runs.
7. Connected platforms
Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn and X are run by other companies. Your use of them is governed by their terms, not ours, and their advertising policies apply to everything you run through them. They can change their APIs, restrict access, or remove a feature at any time, and that can stop part of our service working.
We will do our best to keep the connectors working, but we cannot guarantee any platform remains available, continues to permit automated management, or keeps reporting the same figures the same way. MyAdDaddy is an independent product and is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by any of those companies.
8. Subscriptions and billing
Once launched, plans are billed monthly in advance at the price shown when you subscribe. Your subscription to MyAdDaddy is entirely separate from what you spend on advertising. Unless stated otherwise:
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.
- Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
- We will give at least 30 days' notice by email before any price increase affecting you.
- Prices exclude any sales tax or VAT that applies where you are.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may carry out maintenance, and we may change or remove features. Where a change is significant, we will tell you.
Automated actions depend on our servers and on the connected platform accepting the change. An action can fail for reasons outside our control, such as a revoked token, a platform outage, or a change the platform rejects. The app shows you the error when that happens.
The stop control in the app is a request sent to the connected platforms. Once those connections are live, we will act on it immediately, but the ads themselves stop when each platform processes the pause. We cannot guarantee an instantaneous halt of delivery on someone else's system. If you need spend to stop with certainty, also pause or remove payment at the platform.
10. No guarantee of results
We make no promise about leads, calls, sales, cost per acquisition, return on ad spend, reach or revenue. Advertising results depend on your business, your market, your offer, your creative and your budget. Any example figures on our website or inside the app are illustrative sample data and are not a representation of results you will get.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost business, lost data, or advertising spend, including spend resulting from an approved proposal, an automated action taken under an autonomy mode you selected, or a failed or delayed pause. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in that period.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Ending the agreement
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. See the data deletion instructions. Disconnecting your ad accounts stops MyAdDaddy from making any further change to them; your campaigns keep running on the platforms until you change them there. We can suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, or that we are legally required to close. If we terminate without cause, we will refund any unused prepaid period.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. For material changes we will give notice by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [state or country to be inserted with the legal entity above], and the courts of [venue] have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection you have where you live.
