How to cut MyAdDaddy off from a connected ad account without deleting anything else, and how to delete your MyAdDaddy account and everything in it.

Short version

Email privacy@myaddaddy.com from the address on your account with the subject Delete my account. We confirm within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Option 1: disconnect one ad account

Use this if you want MyAdDaddy to stop reading or changing a particular ad account, but you want to keep your MyAdDaddy account and its history.

You can also revoke our access from the platform's own settings, which takes effect straight away regardless of anything on our side:

Disconnecting does not stop your ads

Removing our access stops MyAdDaddy from managing an account. It does not pause the campaigns already running in it, and it does not stop the platform charging you. To stop spending, pause the campaigns in the ad platform itself.

Option 2: delete your account and all data

Send an email to privacy@myaddaddy.com from the email address registered to your account, with the subject line Delete my account. Include your business name if you know how it is recorded.

We will verify the request comes from the account holder, confirm receipt within 5 business days, and complete deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

What does not get deleted, and why

This is permanent

Deletion cannot be undone, and it takes your entire action log with it. If you only want to stop being billed, cancel your subscription instead. If you only want the automation to stop, set every autonomy mode to observe or disconnect the accounts. Either leaves your history in place should you come back.
