Paid ads, for people who don't run paid ads
Nothing moves your ad spend but you.
MyAdDaddy puts Meta, Google and TikTok on one screen, proposes what to change in plain language, and waits for your answer.
Automation armed
A working demo of the app's stop control. Press and hold for a full 1.5 seconds. Let go early and it cancels.
Spend is under 80% of your ceiling, return on ad spend is holding at 3.0x or better, and the creative is still working.
Spend has crossed 80% of the ceiling, or return has slipped below 3.0x, or a creative is showing fatigue.
Spend is past 95% of the ceiling, or a guardrail fired and stopped an action before it ran. This one is for you.
Five screens. That is the whole app.
No dashboard builder, no report designer, no thirty-tab settings menu. Five tabs, each with one job, and a stop control that is always at the bottom of the first one.
Command
The screen you open first and usually the only one you need. Spend against your ceiling for today and for the month, then anything waiting on a decision.
- Spend overviewToday and this month, each as spent against cap, with the bar changing colour as it climbs.
- Period spendLast 7, 30 or 90 days, year to date, or since the campaign started. Spend, conversions, cost per acquisition, return on ad spend.
- Needs attentionCreative fatigue and account alerts, written as sentences rather than error codes.
- Pending actionsThe approve and reject queue. Each proposal carries its reasoning, its projected effect and a confidence figure.
- Stop controlAlways at the bottom, never hideable, never a single tap.
- Your layoutHide any section you don't want except the stop control. The choice is remembered on your device.
Perform
Every number twice: once as the ad platform reports it, and once as your CRM actually verified it. One toggle switches the whole screen between the two.
- Platform or CRM verifiedThe single switch that decides which set of conversions every metric below is calculated from.
- Per platformSpend, conversions, cost per acquisition, return on ad spend, impressions, clicks, click-through rate and cost per click, with the attribution window named.
- Creative leaderboardRanked by cost per acquisition, ascending. Hook rate, hold rate, spend, and an active or fatigued flag.
- The hypothesisEach creative keeps the reason it was made, so a loser tells you something rather than just costing you something.
Log
A plain chronological record of everything the automation did, in order, with the case it made at the time.
- What it didThe action, the platform it ran on, and how long ago.
- Why it did itThe reasoning, kept word for word rather than summarised after the fact.
- What it expectedThe projected impact recorded before the action ran.
- What happenedThe observed impact once it is known, so the projection can be marked right or wrong.
- Guardrail entriesActions a rule refused to run are logged too, marked as safety, in red.
Controls
Where you decide how much the automation is allowed to do on its own, and where the hard limits live.
- Business profileYour website and uploaded files: pricing, service lists, brand guidelines. Context so the copy sounds like your business.
- Autonomy modesSet independently for budget changes, creative pausing, campaign creation, bid adjustments, negative keywords and creative refresh.
- Spend ceilingsA daily figure and a monthly figure. Actions that would push you past the daily ceiling are refused, not queued.
- Custom rulesWrite one in plain English, or build an IF and THEN rule the app can check on its own.
- Connected accountsMeta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn and X, each with its sync status.
Reports
A weekly write-up in four parts, plus a builder for when someone asks a question the weekly does not answer.
- What workedThe creatives, platforms and audiences that earned their spend.
- What didn't workNamed, not buried. Including what it cost to find out.
- What changedEvery adjustment made during the week, whether you approved it or the automation ran it.
- What's nextThe plan for the coming week, ready to be argued with.
- Report builderPick a date range, pick the platforms, pick which of the four sections you want.
The loop it is built around.
Five steps in a fixed order. Step three is the only one that happens without you, and step four is the reason step three is safe. What is and is not connected yet is set out further down this page.
Connect the accounts
Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn and X. Read the spend, read the results, in one place.
Set the ceilings
A daily number and a monthly number. These are limits, not targets, and they are checked before any action runs.
Choose how much rope
Observe, propose, auto or auto plus, set separately for each kind of action. Propose is the sensible starting point.
Approve or reject
Anything on propose arrives as a card with its reasoning and projected effect. Two buttons. That is the whole decision.
Stop it cold
Hold the stop control for a second and a half. Deliberately awkward, because an accidental tap is the failure it exists to prevent.
The limits are the product.
Anyone can build something that changes your campaigns. The useful part is deciding in advance what it is not allowed to do.
Spend ceilings
A daily ceiling and a monthly ceiling. The bar changes colour at 80% and again at 95%, and any action that would push you past the daily ceiling is refused rather than queued for later.
Illustration only. The app draws these from your own ceilings and your own spend.
Autonomy modes
Four settings, chosen separately for each kind of action.
Custom rules
Write one as a sentence and the automation has to respect it. Build it as a trigger and the app can check it on its own, every time the numbers move.
One screen, five platforms
Spend and results from every account you connect, side by side, with each platform's attribution window shown next to its numbers so you are not comparing two different definitions of a conversion.
Where this stands today
Built, and not yet built.
MyAdDaddy is in development and has not launched. The app runs end to end on sample data while the platform connections are being built. Here is the honest split, so nothing on this page is a surprise later.
Built and working
- All five screens, each holding its own scroll position, with a wider layout on tablets.
- The stop control, at a 1.5 second hold with haptics, and no way to fire it by accident.
- The rule engine. IF and THEN rules are evaluated against live metrics, gated by your autonomy mode and blocked by your daily ceiling. Covered by unit tests.
- Creative fatigue detection, reading frequency against hold rate rather than any single number. Covered by unit tests.
- The platform against CRM toggle, recalculating every metric on the screen.
- Approve and reject, applied instantly and rolled back with a message if the write fails.
- Dashboard customisation, saved on your device.
- The report builder, and sign-in.
Not connected yet
- Live ad accounts. There is no Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn or X connection yet. Connect is not a working button today.
- The stop control records your intent but cannot pause spend until those connections exist. The app says so on the screen, directly under the button.
- Campaign generation currently returns one fixed sample proposal rather than writing something for your business.
- PDF export, voice input, and revert in the log are placed but not wired.
- Every figure in the app today is sample data. Nothing you see is a real result from a real advertiser.
Reasonable questions.
No. That is the point of it. Proposals are written as sentences with the reasoning attached, so the decision in front of you is whether the argument holds up, not whether you know what a bid strategy is. If a proposal does not make sense to you, reject it. Rejecting costs nothing.
Only if you set that action type to auto or auto plus. On propose, which is where you should start, every change waits in a queue until you approve it. On observe it does nothing at all. And regardless of the mode, an action that would take you past your daily ceiling is refused rather than held over for tomorrow.
Ad platforms count conversions their own way, on their own attribution window, and they are grading their own work. Your CRM knows which of those turned into a real customer. MyAdDaddy shows both, keeps them clearly labelled, and lets you switch the entire Perform screen from one to the other so you can see the size of the gap.
The bar turns amber at 80% and red at 95%, and the rule engine stops approving anything that increases spend. A ceiling is a limit. It is not a target the automation tries to reach.
Not yet. The app is built and the platform connections are not, which is why the section above lists both halves. Joining the early list costs nothing, commits you to nothing, and is the only way we will contact you.
Meta, Google and TikTok first, with LinkedIn and X already carried through the app's data model. MyAdDaddy is an independent product. Naming those platforms describes what it connects to, and does not imply any of them endorse or are affiliated with it.
Get on the early list.
Tell us which platforms you advertise on and roughly what you spend a month. We will write back when there is something real to log into, and not before.
